In its continuing drive to improve customer service, Spectus Window Systems has now made all its technical data sheets available online for customers through the Spectus web-site. The development allows instant access to this detailed information whenever needed.

"Printed information is still available for customers, of course," observes Marketing Manager Gareth Griffin "but the online version is definitely easier as it is always to hand."

Individual technical details, parts descriptions or simple stock reference numbers can be individually downloaded and printed off if necessary.

This small but significant development is a good illustration of Spectus' ongoing commitment to improving customer service - a programme of activity that has continued unaffected by the company's recent change of ownership and which is fully supported by parent company the Latium Group.
