Integrity® Receives an Industry Best In Class Award for Quality and Customer Service

Integrity® from Marvin Windows and Doors received national recognition with the first-ever 2005 Best In Class Award (BICA) for national composite window manufacturers from Marketing Resources Associates, Inc (MRA).

The BICA was developed by MRA, a Minneapolis-based market research consultancy, to recognize outstanding performance in a study conducted by the firm. The winners were selected for consistently receiving high-quality rankings and remarkable customer service as voted by building trades professionals. These professionals included window distributors, home builders, remodeling contractors and building materials retailers.

The survey interviews 943 retailers (31%), remodeling contractors (32%), homebuilders (24%), or wholesalers/distributors (13%) that buy, sell or use vinyl or composite windows. In total, the trade professionals named Integrity more frequently than any other composite window manufacturer. Integrity also ranked either first or second in four of the 20 performance attributes.
