A Consumer Guide To Replacing Windows

Superseal Foundation Windows – Innovation Re-defined

Everybody seems to be in love with Series 650 windows by Superseal these days, especially the builders, masons, and the concrete contractors, for whom quality and speed are the top priorities. Introducing the Superseal Foundation Windows, marked as the "Most Innovative Product" of 2003 (Award from World of Concrete Show, 2003, by two separate panel of judges), the newest addition to Superseal's existing line of products. This Superseal foundation window has also been tailor-made to suit poured or concrete block foundation walls.

The new Superseal windows combine dexterity with newfangled ideas. The two-piece window system firstly anchors a pour-in-place window frame to the construction for pouring the foundation (even a concrete block foundation is alright since the standard size fits-in impeccably) within a course of concrete block. The entire construction process is supported by a reinforced insert in the window frame, a feature that acts as security bars throughout. As long as the construction is underway, you can keep the snap-in window unit away. Upon completion, and before installation, the security bars are cut-off to allow the self-contained window unit from the house of Superseal to simply snap-in. The installation of the foundation window allows for articulation from either top or bottom.

Ventilation provided by these windows is usually 30% more than what other full sized window screens provide. The foundations' series has also minimized the need to clean the tracks. Maximum strength and security is provided through the injected/molded vinyl construction and built-in steel lintel, thus providing a proper support for any foundation window installation. The Superseal windows are made from durable corrosion resistant material. These windows from Superseal are able to withstand pressure much higher than the normal windows, thus achieving maximum forced-entry resistance rating. The heavy-duty locking mechanism is fixed to guarantee maximum security - the most common trait present in Superseal's entire range of new construction and replacement vinyl windows and doors.
