Stegbar ComfortPac™ windows deliver the 'S' Factors

Homeowners can choose from nine different ComfortPac options in three benefit sets and three performance levels, each adding its own combination of Style, Safety, Sound reduction, Sun protection and Security to the windows, at a performance level to suit every budget, including a ComfortPac with all these benefits.

Featuring Pilkington Smart Glass™ Solutions, Stegbar ComfortPacs can provide different levels of comfort, style, safety, security and sound reduction at three performance levels to suit different needs and budgets.

The first thing to choose are the benefits needed in the home - shading from harsh sunlight, protection of furnishings from fading, improved energy efficiency, increased safety, less noise from traffic, enhanced security, or the aesthetic appeal of coloured/toned glass. To make this easier, ComfortPacs are divided into three benefit categories - Comfort & Style; Comfort & Style plus Safety; Comfort & Style plus Safety, Security and Sound Reduction.

Comfort & Style are delivered by upgrading to a thicker toned glass. Safety is enhanced by using laminated glass. Premium security and sound reduction are a result of using Pilkington LamGuard™ which is up to 10 times stronger than ordinary laminated glass.

Then choose the performance level to suit the needs and budget of the homeowner. Luxury, featuring Pilkington ComforTone™ is like adding sunglasses to your home - basic protection from glare and summer energy savings, available in grey, green or bronze. Premier, featuring Pilkington EverGreen™ will provide superior UV protection and glare reduction, is ideal for hotter climates, and is available in a deep green tone. Elite, featuring Pilkington ComfortPlus™ will help control the extremes of summer heat and winter cold through a unique Low E coating built into the surface of the glass which also gives it a soft blue tone.
